Three of the members of the Association (Sara and her little dog Frida and Apple) are leaving for Milan, precisely to the Centre Cinofilo THE ROBINIE in Cesano Maderno, to participate in the course of Good Citizen 4-Paws ® (BC4Z). The
BC4Z is a cultural project. The project's objective is to reassess the relationship between man and dog in today's society and empower the owner with regard to civic duties.
The dog as a value Social: This is the core of BC4Z that aims to radically change the vision of the dog within the company.
The dog has always had a special citizenship in society. The contribution of the dog has not only changed the society of men, but he started the company as we know it (R. Marchesini). The dog was a co - founder and for this the rightful citizenship. All dogs must pass the test to be well cared for, healthy, properly vaccinated and have a personal identification (microchip). The administration of the test BC4Z and assessment can be made by a commission composed of: • 1

• 1 delegate ASL

All dogs who pass the test BC4Z may be entered in a register periodically deposited at the headquarters of CSEN and get a 'certification' declaring that 'respectable' members of the community as their conduct does not create or will create problems for citizens.
