BC4Z is a cultural project. The project's objective is to reassess the relationship between man and dog in today's society and empower the owner with regard to civic duties.

All dogs who pass the test BC4Z may be entered in a register periodically deposited at the headquarters of CSEN and get a 'certification' declaring that 'respectable' members of the community as their conduct does not create or will create problems for citizens.

The conclusion of the Comenius project, in the section on the Notice of the synthesis of the educational activity - education and its evaluation in the impact and the fallout within the context of each country participating in the partnership has seen the Travel in Turkey, specifically in Canakkale, delegations Bulgarian, English and Italian, in the period from 27/04/2009 to 02/05/2009.

Report Travel
The shift has required twelve hours of travel, by plane, taxi and bus, which was a first approach to a complex and diverse in its uses, customs and communicative relationship in which Turkey. Composition and interaction of internal delegation.
